Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US and Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 7-15 business days for most orders to arrive for our US and South East Asian customers .Other international destinations can take between 3-5 weeks to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Shipping is Free Worldwide on items over USD 30.

A. We are a global company based in Singapore. Singapore is a highly reputed and extremely well regulated international business hub. It is also ranked as one of the most fashionable cities in the world!
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We currently process all orders in SGD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using SGD at the most current exchange rate.However, we are migrating to a new system by July 2018 and allow checkout in multiple currencies (USD,AUD,CAD, GBP, EUR,INR,MYR, and JPY)
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. Generally for most countries, you will not have to pay customs. However, this depends on your location and local laws.
